Getting from Milos to Santorini turned out to be one of the loveliest parts of our holiday. Alex welcomed us with such a warm smile that everyone felt comfortable. Two and a half hours later the caldera came up ahead of us. A really special way to arrive somewhere.

My husband booked this as a honeymoon surprise and added the champagne without telling me. Anastasia had it chilled and waiting on the bow, and she timed it so that we were sitting up front with a glass in hand as Santorini came into view. She never made a fuss of it, she just quietly made it lovely.

We took the full day version, which turned out to be the right call. Four stops, the open bar running from the first anchorage onwards, and Tressia with her warm smile, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank youuu!

We took the morning run across to Ios and it could not have been more straightforward. Flat water the whole two hours, plenty of shade whenever we wanted it. The crew were warm without being over the top. A lovely calm start to that part of our trip.

We came up from Milos to Kea and were alongside in Korissia before we knew it. A very civilized way to travel and we would happily do it again.

We chose the multi island option because we had two children with us and wanted to break the day up, and it worked perfectly. They swam at Poliegos, we ate properly at Folegandros, and by the time we reached Sikinos the kids had decided it was their favorite island in Greece. Manos was endlessly patient with them.

We took the afternoon run from Santorini over to Milos and it was the calmest few hours of the week. The sea was completely flat, we had the whole deck to spread out on. Traveling like that makes the day feel longer in a good way.

Three hours from Milos across to Naxos and the water stayed smooth the entire way. Makis named every island we passed and had a story for most of them, which we absolutely loved. It felt far more like an excursion than a transfer.

It is the part of the holiday we still talk about months afterwards. We stopped at Folegandros, then Sikinos, then Ios, swimming at every one of them, and Anastasia fed us beautifully the whole way east while the islands kept changing shape around us.

We made a full day of the journey up to Kythnos, stopping at Kimolos, Sifnos, and Serifos along the way, with Captain Domenikos. Tressia knew every bay we pulled into and why it was worth stopping there. Swimming, eating, and watching the coastline change all afternoon. One of our favorite days in Greece.
