About Folegandros

Inside it the thirteenth-century Kastro turns its houses outward, built as one defensive wall against pirates. A stone path climbs to the church of Panagia, where the island falls away beneath you at sunset. Beaches like Katergo and Livadaki are reached by boat rather than road.
